Table mock ups for Stephanie and Drew's Wedding

I recieved all of the vases for my October wedding this week and decided to spend some time making mock ups of the table set up. I think everything is going to look really great once I get the sunflowers and other accents ( curly willow, fern curls, thistle) in there. I also got my bonsaii trees for the head table which are looking very cool and unique. Each tree is about the same size but has a different shape. I have decided to lift them up with glass cube vases for the head table, under the cube vases there will be a sunflower. Overall I think everything is going to turn out beautifully! I am really looking forward to the 24th :)

Tim and Lisa's Wedding- Ray's Boathouse

Just got back from setting up Lisa and Tim's wedding at Ray's Boathouse in Ballard. Everything turned out beautifully!!!! There was a little bit of rain but it did stop for the ceremony and my lilies finally opened after a night in the bathroom with all the lights on! :) I love designing weddings because the end always has a happy ending! :) Now I need to gear up for Stephanie and Drew's wedding in late October, fun fun!

Finishing up the altar pieces

These are also turing out great. The top picture is the final design and I think they do a great job of bringing all the wedding colors together but not being too over the top. Now all I need to do is fill the cylinders with water and suspend some flowers!

Bouquets!

Just finished putting together all of the bouquets and they are really coming together! I think the bridal bouquet looks much prettier than the picture of the bouquet on the magazzine cover, especially if all those lilies open for me tonight! ( open, open open!) I absoultely love it!!!! The bridesmaids bouquets are really cute and sweet, I had some extra hydrangea so I was able to upgrade all of them to two stems which is always a bonus. And the maid of honor bouquet is really stunning (top picture) it does a great job of connecting the bridesmaid bouquets to the bridal.
Once I get all the satin ribbon on them I think they are going to look absolutely perfect tommorow!

Greening up the altar pieces

Just finished greening up the urns for the altar pieces. I think everything is going to look great. I will be adding the flowers tommorow and also creating all of the bouquets ( fun!). Here's hoping the weather gets better!!!! :)

Lisa and Tim's flowers have arrived!

The wedding flowers for Lisa and Tim's wedding this Sunday have arrived and are looking especially gorgeous! I am looking forward to playing with them tomorrow. I really got a great selection of white and lavender flowers including lilies, dendrobium orchids, roses, stock, misty, alstromeria and carnations. Even the lilies are being nice and opening for me; I think everything is going to turn out beautifully!
